We will provide you with the necessary files and formats for your use, but you may not reproduce, modify or use these materials for any other purpose without our written permission. This includes but not limited to, using the designs for commercial purpose, selling, distributing, or claiming the designs as your own.

Copyright: Advertie Marketing respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our clients to do the same. If you believe that any material on our website or provided as part of our services infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately. We will promptly remove any infringing material upon notification.

Limitation of liability: Advertie Marketing shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this agreement or use of our services.

Third-party analytics services: Advertie Marketing may use third-party analytics services to track and analyze data on the client’s website or social media platforms. These services may collect data on the client’s website traffic, conversion rates, and other analytics data. By using our services, the client agrees to the collection and use of this data by these third-party analytics services.

Duties and responsibilities of the client: The client shall provide Advertie Marketing with all necessary information, materials, and approvals needed to complete the project. The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for obtaining any necessary permissions for use of any materials provided. The client shall review and approve all work done by Advertie Marketing in a timely manner.

Liability for third party fees: The client shall be responsible for any fees charged by third parties for use of any materials provided by the client. This includes but not limited to the cost of stock photography, stock video footage, fonts, and any other materials used in the project.

Confidentiality: Advertie Marketing shall not disclose any confidential information provided by the client to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.

Third party materials: Advertie Marketing shall not be liable for any third-party materials used in the project. This includes but not limited to stock photography, stock video footage, fonts, and any other materials used in the project.

Commencement and scope of engagement: The terms of this agreement shall commence on the date of the client’s acceptance of these terms of service and shall continue until the completion of the project. The scope of the engagement shall be as outlined in the project proposal or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Indemnity and conditions: The client shall indemnify and hold Advertie Marketing, its affiliates and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of our services.

Payments: Advertie Marketing requires a 50% deposit before beginning any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept payments via bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Failure to make the payment on time may result in termination of the project, and any work done so far will be forfeited.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Advertie Marketing and will be based on the situation and the stage of the project.

Changes to the Terms of Service: Advertie Marketing reserves the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes will be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes. We will notify you of any changes to the terms of service.

Governing Law: These terms of service and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
